Salami crostini represent a timeless classic of Italian appetizers, perfect to enrich any aperitif or appetizer. In this recipe we will pair Tuscan Salami with Brie cheese. Its softness and mild flavor mitigate the robust character of the salami while maintaining a refined balance.

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 100 gr. of Salami
- 100 gr. of Brie cheese
- 1 Onion
How to prepare
Step 1
First prepare the caramelized onions; slice the onions not too thinly and put them in a pan with oil and salt, let them season, pour in 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, also pour in a little white wine and let it finish cooking. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Slice the bread and toast it, place a slice of Brie on the bottom, a slice of Salami and a teaspoon of caramelized onions, stop everything with a toothpick and serve.
