Ingredients
- 250 gr. of short pasta
- 15-16 squash blossoms
- 100 gr. of Salami
- 1 onion
- 50 gr. of spreadable cheese
- A little milk
How to prepare
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and let it brown gently in a pan with a base of oil.
Step 2
When the onion is transparent and almost cooked, add the squash blossoms (stripped of the inner pistil and cut into strips); season with salt and season to taste.
Also add the
salami
cut into small cubes.
Step 3
At this point, add the spreadable cheese diluted in a little milk, and there it will form a nice sauce.
Step 4
In the meantime that you cook the sauce, the pasta will already be cooked; drain it and pour it into the pan with the flowers and salami.
Add a tiny bit of pasta cooking water if the sauce gets too dry, mix well, and serve!
